I have been unemployed on and off for 6 years maybe more. But in this time i have always been doing something great such as putting many hours of voluntary time into our local urban charity we built up our selfs from blood, sweat and tears as young people. All this free work towards putting something back into our community and giving the youth something to do from a creative view and on a natural high. And i still continue this work today because of the love of BMX and the lifestyle it involves.

But what frustrates me most is having many qualifications such as coaching cycling, BMX Coaching almost, youthwork, chef and all backed with a lot of experience too. But i cannot seem to get any work from it in our small town called Grimsby / Cleethorpes. this winds me up because when i have to go sign on and knowing that i have applied for a silly amount of jobs but no good outcome to go it and then i get the look of scum as if i dont do anything really but sit on my back-side all day.

Dont get me wrong i would do my voluntary work forever but it dont pay the bills and i am sick of being asked what i do for work knowing that i work hard at what i do, but there just dos’nt seem to be the work for what i do best at the present, even tho this make me feel positive day in day out.
